Program Details

Nazra means “recitation” and for the recitation of the Holy Quran NOORI MASJID has been providing our beloved students with Nazra Program which will give our students (by the grace of Allah Al Mighty) the ability to recite the Holy Quran verbally.

Under the supervision of well-educated Hafiz’s / Hafiza’s our students will learn the proper way to read the Holy Quran, following the proper tajwid with fluency.

In Nazra, students start from the basic Arabic words, reading the Arabic alphabets with correct pronunciation, Learning consonants, values of short vowels (Harakaat), values of long vowels (Huroof Maddah), Tanween, values of Soft Vowels (Huroof Leenah), the rules of Raa, the rules of Laam, Noon Qutni and Arabic Grammar. While learning they are also taught to read the Holy Quran with proper tajwid and fluency.

Some parents think that reading the Holy Quran with proper tajwid is very difficult but it is not the case. It is very easy; Nazra is to read the Holy Quran verbally, without translation, memorisation and tajwid is the way in which students learn how to pronounce the words, where to stop, where to take a breath, where to raise and lower their voice and many other rules. Along with Nazra, students are also taught basic Islamic Education.

After completing this program students will be able to take a step further in the Quranic studies by entering the Hifz Program.
